Refund Eligibility
Full Refund Period
If you are not satisfied with your masterclass purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content
- You have not downloaded any course materials or certificates
- The course has not been marked as completed in your account
Partial Refund Conditions
After the 14-day period, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Technical issues that prevented access to the course for an extended period, which were not resolved by our support team
- Duplicate purchases made in error
- Course content that materially differs from what was advertised
Partial refunds, if approved, will be calculated based on the amount of content accessed and time elapsed since purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
- You have completed more than 20% of the course content
- You have downloaded course materials, resources, or certificates
- You have violated our Terms of Service or acceptable use policies
- The purchase was made during a promotional period with clearly stated no-refund conditions
- You have accessed the course through a subscription plan that has already been partially used
- Change of mind after completing significant portions of the course
Subscription Plans
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription plans may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to all content until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for partial months
- No future charges will be applied after the current period ends
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription plans may be refunded within the first 30 days of purchase if less than 10% of available content has been accessed. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent future renewal charges.
Bundle and Package Purchases
For bundle or package purchases that include multiple masterclasses:
- Refunds are only available if none of the courses in the bundle have been started
- Once any course within the bundle has been accessed beyond preview content, the entire bundle becomes non-refundable
- Bundle purchases follow the same 14-day refund window as individual courses
How to Request a Refund

Once a refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Payment Method Considerations
Refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded to the original card used for purchase
- Digital Wallets: Refunded to the wallet account
- Bank Transfers: May require additional verification and processing time
Access After Refund
Once a refund has been processed:
- Your access to the course content will be immediately revoked
- Any downloaded materials must be deleted and may not be used or distributed
- Certificates of completion, if issued, will be invalidated
- You will no longer have access to course updates or community features
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content:
- Please contact our support team before requesting a refund
- We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues within 48 hours
- Refunds due to technical issues will only be considered if problems remain unresolved after our support team has attempted to assist
Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased at promotional prices or with discount codes are subject to the same refund policy as full-price purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Some special promotions may have modified refund terms, which will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Gift Purchases
For courses purchased as gifts:
- Refunds must be requested by the original purchaser
- The 14-day refund period begins from the date of purchase, not redemption
- Once a gift code has been redeemed and content accessed, standard refund policies apply
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending investigation
- Access to all purchased content will be revoked
